チーズ粕漬はヨーロッパのチーズを日本のみりんでマリネしたもで、 »牛乳からチーズをつくり« と »みりん（味淋）醸造« を描いた。
»Cheese Kasuzuke« is cheese (a product of Western civilization)
pickled in mirin (Japanese sweet sake) lees.
Kasuzuke is a Japanese dish made by pickling usually fish or vegetables in the lees of sake (kasu), the leftover from the refining process of sake production.
