19世紀初頭に出版されたグリム兄弟の »Kinder- und Hausmärchen«
(子供と家庭の物語) は、決して子供向けの読み物ではなく、
また児童文学の典型でもありませんでした。
At the time of their first publication early in the 19th century,
the »Kinder- und Hausmärchen« (Childrenʼs and Household Tales) by
the Brothers Grimm were by no means intended as childrenʼs reading or even as the epitome of childrenʼs literature.
